Senior Presentation Designer

Pune, India - Hybrid position

The Senior Presentation Designer enables Foolproof and Zensar to communicate their propositions and drive business success through beautifully designed materials. They embody creativity and flare and use it to bring presentations to life. As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will assist in all sales templates and oversee sales documentation creation and the quality of sales materials.

This is an exciting opportunity being offered on a full-time basis.

Key skills:

• Literate in all elements of Microsoft Suite – PowerPoint knowledge is a must.
• Graphic design background, Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign knowledge with strong portfolio that demonstrates capabilities.
• Familiar with asynchronous working and other online collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Box.
• Works to tight deadlines and can manage competing deadlines.
• Continuously identifies ways to improve presentations that are being sent to clients.
• Can work with but also bend brands to present compelling visual stories.
• Is a capable communicator.

The role

You are responsible for the output of sales materials and making refinements to them. Your work will be in keeping with our brands whilst bespoke and reflective of the clients’ needs and ways to wow with creativity. You take our core sales documentation forward across both Foolproof and Zensar.

You have regular conversations with stakeholders about improving our brand collateral for sales, and feedback on this to Marketing and Client Engagement management.

You prove the effectiveness of your work by helping our sales team win work, creating sales assets as deliverables to a wide range of asks including but not limited to pro-active proposals, proposition information and RFP responses by presenting a meaningful visual narrative across both Foolproof and Zensar brands. This may include materials to print for in-person meetings.

Your work will also consist of helping the Marketing team occasionally to create social media assets when needed using graphic design skills.

• An able and clear communicator with good and spoken written comms who can articulate their thinking, creative choices, and challenge issues with ease.
• A steely eye for detail in presentation design and a vision for how things should be done.
• Ability to manage and feel at home in pitch environments.
• Be the go to source of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office based knowledge in the organisation.
